1. Platform Nature & Ranking Rules
TopBid provides a competitive category visibility platform. A user makes cumulative financial contributions directly to their own listed Entry. TopBid is NOT an auction platform where users purchase another user's Entry or account.
2. Financial Outbid Mechanics
Leaderboard position is determined strictly by cumulative successful monetary contributions. In the event two entries achieve identical contribution totals, deterministic tie-breaking grants priority to the entry that reached or increased its contribution first.
3. Non-Refundable Contributions
All financial contributions made to entries on TopBid are non-refundable once processed. A higher contribution increases leaderboard position visibility but does not guarantee permanent placement if outbid by competing entries.
4. Acceptable Content & Account Suspension
Entries containing illegal material, malware, phishing links, or misleading trademarks will be removed immediately. Suspended entries lose all category and global leaderboard visibility without refund.
