TopBid organizes entries into competitive categories. Pick the category that best matches your brand, product, or service. Each category has its own independent leaderboard.
Every entry has two ranks: a 🌎 Global Rank across the entire platform and a Category Rank within its category.
PAY & VERIFY VIA UPI QR
Make your contribution by scanning the official TopBid UPI QR code with any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and submit your 12-digit UTR or payment screenshot for manual team verification.
Important: TopBid is NOT an auction. You are not purchasing someone else's entry. You are making cumulative financial contributions to boost your own visibility.

Rules & Outbid Mechanics
Cumulative Financial Contributions
You make cumulative contributions directly to your own entry. Higher total contribution = higher rank on the leaderboard.
Deterministic Tie-Breaking
When two entries have equal contribution totals, the entry that achieved its total FIRST retains the higher position. First in time, first in rank.
Dual Ranking Scopes
Every entry has a Global Rank across the entire platform and a Category Rank within its specific category. Both are calculated independently.
Real-Time Outbid Notifications
When a competitor outbids your entry, you receive an instant notification with the exact amount needed to reclaim your position.
Visibility Analytics
Track unique views, click-throughs, and CTR for your entries in real-time. All views are privacy-first with SHA-256 hashed IP tracking.
Manual UPI & Proof Verification
All contributions process directly via the official TopBid UPI QR code. Submit either your 12-digit UTR or a payment screenshot for secure manual verification.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if I'm outbid?
No. All financial contributions are non-refundable. Contributions represent your cumulative investment in visibility positioning. You can always contribute more to reclaim your rank.
How is Trending different from Top Ranked?
Top Ranked is purely based on cumulative financial contributions. Trending is based on organic engagement metrics (views, clicks, CTR) and never includes monetary contributions in its score calculation.
Can I list multiple entries?
Yes. You can list multiple entries across different categories or even within the same category. Each entry has its own independent contribution total and rank.
What content is not allowed?
Entries containing illegal material, phishing links, malware, trademark infringement, or misleading content will be suspended by moderators. Suspended entries lose all leaderboard visibility without refund.
